Steps to Integrate with PagerDuty

1. Log in to DevDynamics

   

2. Go to Settings -> Integrations.

   

3. Click on Integrate under PagerDuty

   

4. Click on Integrate PagerDuty

   

5. Log in to PagerDuty

   

6. Click on Integrations on the top bar and click on Access Keys.

   

7. Click on Create New API Key

   Note: Make sure that the person creating the API access Key has the admin role

   

8. Add a description to the access token and uncheck the Read-only API Key box.

   

9. Save the API Key

   NOTE: This key will be visible only once

   

10. Paste the API Key to DevDynamics and click on Integrate PagerDuty

    

11. You have now successfully integrated your PagerDuty account into DevDynamics
