Steps to Integrate with PagerDuty

  1. Log in to \

  2. Go to Settings -> Integrations.\

  3. Click on Integrate under PagerDuty\

  4. Click on Integrate PagerDuty\

  5. Log in to \

  6. Click on Integrations on the top bar and click on Access Keys.\

  7. Click on Create New API Key Note: Make sure that the person creating the API access Key has the admin role\

  8. Add a description to the access token and uncheck the Read-only API Key box.

  9. Save the API Key NOTE: This key will be visible only once\

  10. Paste the API Key to DevDynamics and click on Integrate PagerDuty\

  11. You have now successfully integrated your PagerDuty account into DevDynamics\
