Follow these steps to seamlessly integrate with Asana:

Generate a Personal Access Token

Step 1: Log in to Asana

  1. Open in your browser.

  2. Log in using your Asana account credentials.

Step 2: Access the Developer Console

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the Asana interface.

  2. Select My Profile > Settings from the dropdown menu.

  1. In the Settings menu, go to the Apps tab.

  2. Under the Build new apps section, click View Developer Console.

Step 3: Create a Personal Access Token

  1. In the Developer Console, click + Create New Personal Access Token.

  1. Provide a name for the token, such as dd-api-token.

  2. Agree to the Asana API Terms by checking the appropriate checkbox.

  3. Click Create Token to generate the token.

Important:

Once the token is generated, copy it immediately, as Asana will only display it once.
