Cursor
Overview
Cursor functions as an AI-enhanced code editor delivering intelligent coding support. When connected to DevDynamics, it enables analysis of development workflows and coding patterns.
Prerequisites
Required before integration setup:
- Administrative privileges in DevDynamics
- Valid Cursor account with necessary permissions
- Access to Cursor Admin API Keys
Getting Started
Step 1: Generate Cursor API Key
To obtain an API key:
- Access your Cursor dashboard via
cursor.com/dashboard - Navigate to the Settings tab
- Select Cursor Admin API Keys
- Create a new API key
- Securely copy the generated key
Step 2: Configure Integration in DevDynamics
Integration configuration requires:
- Sign into your DevDynamics dashboard
- Go to Home → Settings → Integrations
- Locate and choose Cursor from integration options
- Select Integrate Cursor
Step 3: Enter Connection Details
Within the connection dialog, provide:
- API Key: Input your generated Cursor API key
- User Email: Supply the email for the Personal Access Token owner (the email linked to your Cursor account holding the API key)
- Select Integrate Cursor to finalize setup
